Stop Living in Pain
Your nervous system is your body's "master control." When this bio-mechanism is interrupted, also known as subluxation, you feel pain, aching, discomfort, or at worse, extreme lower back pain, headaches,
sciatica and disc herniation. If your joints or muscles are restricted in anyway for a period of time, your body will begin to feel the harmful effects of subluxation.
Come in to see Kinnelon Physical Therapy to determine a program that fits your needs and makes your pain go away.

Enhanced Mobility Flexibility
Mobility therapy is a branch of PT that aims to restore a patient's mobility after injury or illness, involving the use of mechanical force movements to rehabilitate the affected body part and regain its strength.
Candidates for mobility therapy are those who have the following conditions & symptoms:
-Neck & back pain
-Brain injuries
-Concussion
-Difficulty walking
-Neurological disorders
-Stroke
-Sprains or strains
-Tendonitis
Meet Our Physical Therapist

Dan Myers is a graduate from the University of Delaware 1986. Dan started his career at Chilton Memorial Hospital, where he was part of expanding outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine services before moving into private practice and establishing Kinnelon PT in 1989.
Dan began pursing his career ambition to promote excellence in physical therapy diagnosis and treatment, with a one on one personalized approach, in a caring and accommodating environment, striving to improve the quality of the lives of the people he treats.
As a lifelong athlete, Dan has combined his experiences & PT knowledge to help support local high school athletic programs through the early portion of his career. To this day, Dan continues to stay involved in athletics and is a devout fitness enthusiast. This helps Dan understand the needs of sports-minded individuals and their desire to resume activities after injury. While realizing the journey to recovery takes time, Dan is always understanding and provides compassion to all his patients. Emphasizing a return to maximal possible function and empowering the patient with knowledge on how to stay well when your therapy is complete is Dan’s goal.
Over the years, Dan has continues extensive continuing education with an emphasis on orthopaedic PT, joint replacements & treating tendon conditions, as well as older adult therapies, fitness & balance disorders.
Dan believes that a strong therapist-patient relationship is the foundation of excellent care and that one-on-one education and a tailored treatment plan is at the core of an enhanced patient experience.
When not at work, Dan is an avid salt-water fisherman & boater, plays various racket sports and enjoys gardening.
What Our Patients Have to Say
Now I know about "spinal tracking", what not to do, and better yet, what to do when having to do that type of physical activity. Thanks so much Dan and Staff !!!!
